Abstract: disclosed herein are a flexible window film, and a display apparatus including the flexible window film. the flexible window film includes a base layer, a hard coating layer on an upper surface of the base layer, a functional coating layer stacked on a lower surface of the base layer, and a buffer layer formed between the base layer and the functional coating layer, wherein the functional coating layer has a modulus of about 50 mpa to about 300 mpa at −20� c.
