Abstract: the present invention is directed to the compounds of formula (i)—protacs of malt1. the protacs described herein can be useful in the treatment of diseases or disorders associated with malt1, such as lymphoma. in particular, the invention is concerned with compounds and pharmaceutical compositions degrade malt1, methods of treating diseases or disorders associated with malt1, and methods of synthesizing these compounds.
