Abstract: a prefabricated floor plate device of a stand-up reach truck according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which is provided to be attached to and detached from a stand-up reach truck, includes a floor plate provided on a floor of a driver plate provided in the stand-up reach truck, a vertical movement support coupled to a lower portion of the floor plate and configured to move up and down while supporting the floor plate, and a spring coupled to a lower corner portion of the floor plate and configured to elastically support the lower corner portion of the floor plate to absorb impacts or vibrations applied to the floor plate.
