Abstract: a floating and energy-autonomous device () configured to dispense a solid compound () into a volume () of liquid is provided. the device () has a reservoir () of solid compound (), and a pump () configured to generate a circulating flow of the liquid () coming from the volume () of liquid and passing through the reservoir () before returning to the volume () of liquid. the device () includes a sensor () generates a sensor signal indicative of a parameter of the volume () of liquid or of a gaseous environment () of the device (), and/or an antenna () configured to receive a radio signal, and to generate an antenna signal. the device () includes a microcontroller () configured to command the pump () and to regulate the circulating flow rate of the liquid () on the basis of the sensor signal and/or of the antenna signal.
