Abstract: a disclosed drug injection device includes: a case having a drug container located therein at one side; and a discharge amount adjustment module that is provided at the other side inside the case and, while rotating by a set angle only in one direction, adjusts a discharge amount of a drug stored in the drug container while speed is reduced by a speed reduction unit consisting of a combination of gears; a rotation amount detection module that detects a rotation value of the speed reduction unit and transmits detected data to a control device; and a locking module for locking to restrict rotation of the speed reduction unit when the rotation value detected by the rotation amount detection module reaches a set value.
