Abstract: apparatuses, dressings, and systems for negative pressure wound therapy. the apparatus includes a first film layer, a second film layer, and a plurality of protrusions. the first film layer includes a first surface configured to contact the tissue site, a second surface opposite the first surface, and a plurality of fenestrations. the second film layer includes a first surface configured to couple to the second surface of the first film layer and a second surface opposite the first surface. the plurality of protrusions are disposed between the second surface of the first film layer and the first surface of the second film layer. the plurality of protrusions are integrally formed on at least one of the second surface of the first film layer or the first surface of the second film layer.
