Abstract: an air purification device and an air conditioner are provided. the air purification device includes a housing and an ion generation assembly. the housing includes a protective cover and a base connected to each other. the ion generation assembly includes at least one first electrode, a second electrode and a third electrode. the first electrode is used for discharging to generate negative ions, and the second electrode and the third electrode are spaced apart and used for generating plasma cooperatively. the protective cover is of a hollowed-out structure covering the ion generation assembly. the first electrode and the second electrode are connected to the base, and the third electrode is connected to the inner side of the protective cover.
