Abstract: personal care compositions are disclosed herein. in accordance with an aspect, provided is a personal care composition comprising: (a) a surfactant system comprising at least one anionic surfactant and at least one amphoteric surfactant; and (b) at least one tear film protecting agent, wherein the personal care composition has a ph ranging from about 4.0 to about 6.0.
