Abstract: the present disclosure provides a nutritional supplement composition for the geriatric population and a method of producing the nutritional supplement composition. the nutrient supplement composition includes about, 18%-34% w/w of at least one carbohydrate source, 48%-57% w/w of the at least one protein source, (iii) 8%-21% w/w of at least one dietary fiber; (iv) 5%-9% w/w of the at least one fat source, (v) 4.0% w/w of the mineral premix, and (vi) 0.16% w/w of the vitamin premix.
