Abstract: the present disclosure relates to methods for inducing intracranial tumor in a non-human animal. the disclosure also relates to an intracranial cancer engineered non-human animal model with a combination of viral vectors encoding oncogenes or shrna targeting tumor suppressor genes and a population of intracranial cancer cells derived therefrom.
