Abstract: the present invention relates to compounds that are peptide inhibitors of interleukin-23 receptor (il-23r) and to their use in the treatment or prevention of a variety of diseases, conditions or disorders, including inflammatory diseases, such as inflammatory bowel disease, such as crohn's disease, psoriasis, and ulcerative colitis. the compounds have good physical and chemical stability in the gastrointestinal tract.
