Abstract: in an embodiment of a vehicle seat device for assistance in entering and exiting a vehicle, the vehicle seat device includes an integrated assistance device mounted on a seat swivel device and configured to perform a seat relaxation operation and a seat assistance operation of allowing a passenger to enter and exit the vehicle, thereby not only implementing a relaxation posture of a seat, but also allowing the passenger to conveniently enter and exit the vehicle through a seat swivel operation and a seat operation for assistance in entering and exiting the vehicle.
