Abstract: an electric tool includes: a motor; a transmission mechanism; and a motor controller. the motor includes: a rotor configured to be rotatable; and a plurality of magnetic sensors configured to detect an angle of rotation of the rotor. a number of the plurality of magnetic sensors is greater than a number of phases of a coil. the motor controller includes: a torque detector configured to detect a value of motor torque transmitted from the motor to the holder; and a stop controller configured to control, based on a motor torque value, the motor such that the rotation of the motor stops. the electric tool further includes a computing unit configured to compute, based on a detection result by the plurality of magnetic sensors, an inertial force of at least one of the rotor or the transmission mechanism after the stop controller starts the stop control.
