Abstract: embodiments of golf club heads, golf clubs, and methods to manufacture golf club heads and golf clubs are generally described herein. in one example, a golf club head includes a hollow body portion and a face portion coupled to the hollow body portion. the face portion includes a face toe edge, a face heel edge, a face top edge, and a face sole edge, a perimeter portion extending inward from the face toe edge, the face heel edge, the face top edge, and a face sole edge, and a plurality of face thickness regions bound by the perimeter portion and extending between the face sole edge and the face top edge. each of the plurality of face thickness regions has a face thickness, and the face thickness increases in a sole-to-top direction. other examples and embodiments may be described and claimed.
