LYMPH-TARGETING FORMULATIONS
Abstract: the present invention relates to pharmaceutical formulations comprising a lipase inhibitor and long-chain fatty acids. the formulation enables the lipase inhibitor to be delivered to the intestinal lymph and are thereby useful in the treatment or prevention of diseases and conditions mediated by pancreatic lipase, such as acute pancreatitis and associated syndromes.
