Abstract: an accessory device and a method performed in an accessory device is disclosed, wherein the accessory device comprises an interface configured to communicate with one or more devices of an ostomy system, the interface comprising a display, wherein the ostomy system comprises a monitor device and/or an ostomy appliance, the ostomy appliance being configured to be placed on a skin surface of a user, wherein the ostomy appliance comprises a base plate. the method comprises obtaining monitor data from the monitor device, wherein the monitor data is indicative of presence of fluid at a proximal side of a first adhesive layer of the base plate towards the skin surface; determining an issue based on the monitor data, wherein the issue is related to the ostomy appliance; identifying, based on the determined issue, a set of candidate actions to the issue from a plurality of possible actions; selecting a set of digital content based on the set of candidate actions; and displaying the set of digital content on the display.
