Abstract: an article for use as part of a non-combustible aerosol provision system, the article including a housing having at least one air inlet; and a substantially planar aerosol generating component, the substantially planar aerosol generating component being housed within the housing, wherein the at least one air inlet is configured to channel air towards the aerosol generating component in an inlet airflow direction, wherein the plane of the substantially planar aerosol generating component is obliquely angled with respect to the inlet airflow direction.
