Disclosed is a high-hardness electronic glass and its preparation method. Raw materials of the high-hardness electronic glass include components, by a mass percentage, consisting of: 58.3%-62.93% of SiO, 23.02%-25.94% of AlO, 1.95%-5.02% of BO, 2.07%-4.21% of LiO, 0%-2.88% of NaO, 0%-2.29% of KO, 0%-3.30% of TiO, 0%-3.99% of ZrO, and 0%-4.17% of PO, and a sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100%.
