A connector () includes a first outer conductor (A), a second outer conductor (B) and an overlapping portion (). The first outer conductor (A) has a hollow cylindrical shape and is crimped to a front end part of a shielded wire (W). The second outer conductor (B) has a hollow cylindrical shape, is coaxially and externally fit to a front end part of the first outer conductor (A) and extends forward of the first outer conductor (A). The overlapping portion () is constituted by the front end part of the first outer conductor (A) and a rear end part of the second outer conductor (B) overlapped on the front end part of the first outer conductor (A). The overlapping portion () includes an auxiliary portion (A) for assisting assembly of the connector ().
