A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a pixel driving circuit, a base substrate, a first reset signal line, a second gate line and a first conductive portion. The orthographic projection of the second gate line on the base substrate is located between the orthographic projection of the first reset signal line on the base substrate and an orthographic projection of the first conductive portion on the base substrate.
