The present disclosure provides a testing method and a testing system. The testing method is applied to the testing system, and the testing system includes: at least one testing workstation and transportation equipment. The testing method includes: transporting to-be-tested equipment to at least two testing stations corresponding to any of the industrial personal computers in any testing workstation through the transportation equipment; and controlling, in a case that any of the industrial personal computers and the at least one testing instrument are in a connected state and the at least one testing instrument and the at least two testing stations are in a connected state, the to-be-tested equipment on the at least two testing stations to perform corresponding performance testing through any of the industrial personal computers, wherein the at least two testing stations are independent of each other.
