An array substrate and a liquid crystal panel. The array substrate () comprises a substrate (), and a plurality of patterned film layer structures (), which are located on the substrate () and arranged in a stacked manner. The portion of the patterned film layer structure () that is located in a first tiled display area () is formed on the basis of a first mask () and a second mask () of a mask (), and therefore, during the process of forming the patterned film layer structures (), it is not necessary to use an additional mask to separately expose a photoresist in the first tiled display area (). Moreover, during the process of forming a film layer structure in a normal display area (), two sets of mask scales () at different positions in the mask () are respectively used during two exposure processes, and therefore, in the patterned film layer structures () that are formed in the array substrate () on the basis of the same mask (), the width of the first tiled display area () between two adjacent normal display areas () can be obtained according to scale structures (E, E) in the two adjacent normal display areas ().
