A light emitting device () comprising a light guide () and a first solid-state light source filament (), the first solid-state light source filament () comprising a carrier () comprising a first side () and an opposite second side (), a first plurality of solid-state light sources () being arranged on the first side () of the carrier (), and a second plurality of solid-state light sources () being arranged on the second side () of the carrier (). The first plurality of solid-state light sources () are adapted for, in operation, emitting first solid state light source light (L), the first solid state light source light being emitted from a first light exit surface () of the first solid-state light source filament as first output light (L′), and the second plurality of solid-state light sources being adapted for, in operation, emitting second solid-state light source light (L), the second solid state light source light being emitted from a second light exit surface () of the first solid-state light source filament as second output light (L′), the first output light (L′) being different from the second output light (L′) in terms of any one or more of different color points and different correlated color temperatures, and only one of the first side () and the second side () of the carrier () is optically coupled to the light guide ().
