The first guide post is disposed on the base frame, the first substrate is movably connected to the first guide post and is capable of moving along an extension direction of the first guide post; the photosensitive chip is disposed on the second substrate, the second guide post is disposed on the first substrate, the second substrate is movably connected to the first guide post, and the second substrate moves along an extension direction of the second guide post; the first driving mechanism includes a first driving motor, and the first driving motor is disposed on the base frame and is connected to the first substrate; and the second driving mechanism includes a second driving motor.
