A secondary battery including an electrode assembly; a case containing the electrode assembly; and a strip terminal including a conductor part connected to the electrode assembly and extending outward, a foaming part surrounding the conductor part and containing foaming particles that foam under predetermined temperature conditions, and an adhesive layer surrounding the foaming part and bonded to the case.
