The one or more vehicle mounted cameras configured to capture an image of a surrounding view of the vehicle and an image of an inside view of the trunk. The notification unit is configured to, on the condition that the identification unit identifies an intruder other than a purchaser as being present in the trunk, give an intruder alarm notification. The communication device is configured to, on the condition that the identification unit identifies the commodity as being stolen by the intruder, give a theft notification to a public organization.
