The electrode layer includes a plurality of electrode portions, at least one of the electrode portions comprises a body portion and a supplemental portion which are connected with each other, and an orthographic projection of the supplemental portion on the base substrate at least partially overlaps with an orthographic projection of a corresponding power line on the base substrate.
