A power conversion device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a plurality of converters that are respectively connected to a plurality of cell strings; and an auxiliary power supply unit for supplying driving power to each of the plurality of converters, wherein the auxiliary power supply unit comprises: a first voltage conversion part for converting a first voltage of at least one output terminal from among output terminals of the plurality of cell strings into a second voltage, and outputting same; and a second voltage conversion part for supplying driving power to each of the plurality of converters by converting the second voltage, which has been output from the first voltage conversion part, into a third voltage, wherein the plurality of converters have a multi-level structure.
