The method comprises: determining a configured maximum output power; transmitting, to another UE, on a first resource pool and a second resource pool at a same time, based on the configured maximum output power, wherein the configured maximum output power is configured, based on a maximum transmission power for the first resource pool and a maximum transmission power for the second resource pool, wherein the maximum transmission power for the first resource pool is a maximum value of transmission power when sidelink transmission is performed only on the first resource pool, wherein the maximum transmission power for the second resource pool is a maximum value of transmission power when sidelink transmission is performed only on the second resource pool.
