According to the disclosure, a cartridge for detecting a target analyte, comprising: a base, a sample chamber, a first mixing chamber accommodating a magnetic bead, a second mixing chamber accommodating a dry reagent, a shuttle chamber for dissolving the dry reagent of the second mixing chamber, and a detection chamber for detecting the target analyte. The shuttle chamber is configured to dissolve the dry reagent in a sample solution provided from the first mixing chamber. The fluid in the second mixing chamber is moved to the shuttle chamber by positive pressure provided from the first pneumatic port, or the fluid in the shuttle chamber is moved to the second mixing chamber by negative pressure provided from the first pneumatic port.
