The array substrate includes: a base substrate; a reflective layer on one side of the base substrate facing the opposite substrate, including a light transmission region and a reflective region; a buffer layer on one side of the reflective layer away from the base substrate; and a drive line layer on one side of the buffer layer away from the reflective layer, including a plurality of thin film transistors, wherein orthographic projections of channel regions of the thin film transistors on the base substrate are within an orthographic projection of the reflective region of the reflective layer on the base substrate.
