IPC Code(s): G06Q30/0251

CPC Code(s): G06Q30/0254

Abstract: one example system event recommendation includes a processor and at least one memory device. the memory device includes instructions that are executable by the processor to cause the processor to receive a plurality of user features associated with a user, receive a plurality of event features, each of said event features associated with one or more events, and determine a predicted favorite score personalized for each user for each of the one or more events, the predicted favorite score based at least in part on the plurality of user features and the plurality of event features. the memory device also includes instructions that cause the processor to display at least one of the one or more events to the user based at least in part on the personalized predicted favorite score associated with each of the one or more events.

20240212666.Word Replacement During Poor Network Connectivity Or Network Congestion_simplified_abstract_(zoom video communications, inc.)

Inventor(s): Nick Swerdlow of Santa Clara CA (US) for zoom video communications, inc.

IPC Code(s): G10L13/08, G10L13/027, G10L15/22, G10L15/26

CPC Code(s): G10L13/08

Abstract: a server generates a continuous audio stream during periods of poor network connectivity or network congestion. the server obtains a first audio stream from a user device connected to a real-time communication session and detects speech data in the first audio stream. the server converts the speech data to text data that includes one or more words. the server determines that the text data is missing a word based on a context of the one or more words. the server synthesizes a predicted word for replacing the missing word in a voice of a user of the user device and combines the synthesized word with the first audio stream to generate the continuous audio stream. the server transmits the continuous audio stream to other user devices connected to the real-time communication session.

20240212676.USING METADATA FOR IMPROVED TRANSCRIPTION SEARCH_simplified_abstract_(zoom video communications, inc.)

Inventor(s): Brandon Kevin ROPER of Washington UT (US) for zoom video communications, inc.

IPC Code(s): G10L15/197, G06F16/638, G06F16/683, G06F40/166, G06F40/58, G10L15/04, G10L15/06, G10L15/22, G10L15/30

CPC Code(s): G10L15/197

Abstract: the present disclosure relates to systems and methods for using metadata to improve identifying desired information within a transcription. the systems and methods including receiving audio data, recognizing terms within the audio data, identifying alternate recognized terms within the audio data, the alternate recognized terms corresponding to the recognized terms within the audio data, generating a transcription based on the recognized terms, and generating metadata associated with the transcription, the metadata comprising the alternate recognized terms and with links between the alternate recognized terms and the recognized terms within the transcription. the systems and methods also include receiving a search query for a string within the transcription, searching for the string within the transcription and within the metadata, and providing one or more search results based on the searching.

20240212702.MANUAL-ENROLLMENT-FREE PERSONALIZED DENOISE_simplified_abstract_(zoom video communications, inc.)

Inventor(s): Jiachuan Deng of Singapore (SG) for zoom video communications, inc., Cheng Lun Hu of Singapore (SG) for zoom video communications, inc., Zhaofeng Jia of Saratoga CA (US) for zoom video communications, inc., Qiyong Liu of Singapore (SG) for zoom video communications, inc., Zhengwei Wei of Singapore (SG) for zoom video communications, inc., Da-Yi Wu of Singapore (SG) for zoom video communications, inc.

IPC Code(s): G10L21/0232, G10L17/02

CPC Code(s): G10L21/0232

Abstract: various embodiments of an apparatus, method(s), system(s) and computer program product(s) described herein are directed to a denoise engine. the denoise engine collects segments of voice content of a first user account from audio data associated with a virtual meeting. the audio data further includes additional types of audio content. the denoise engine identifies an audio embedding model. the denoise engine receives a speaker embedding generated by the audio embedding model. the speaker embedding based on the collected segments of voice content. the denoise engine generates personalized denoised voice content of the first user account for the virtual meeting by applying the speaker embedding to the audio data associated with a virtual meeting.

20240214441.Packet Replacement During Poor Network Connectivity Or Network Congestion_simplified_abstract_(zoom video communications, inc.)

Inventor(s): Nick Swerdlow of Santa Clara CA (US) for zoom video communications, inc.

IPC Code(s): H04L65/75, G10L15/26, H04L65/403

CPC Code(s): H04L65/75

Abstract: a server generates a continuous audio stream during periods of poor network connectivity or network congestion. the server obtains a first audio stream from a user device connected to a real-time communication session and detects one or more missing packets in the first audio stream. the server obtains recorded portions of audio that correspond to the missing packets and combines the recorded portions of the audio with the first audio stream to generate the continuous audio stream without missing packets. the server transmits the continuous audio stream to other user devices connected to the real-time communication session.

20240214492.Blocking Communications Based On Unsuccessful Responses To Challenges_simplified_abstract_(zoom video communications, inc.)

Inventor(s): Thanh Le Nguyen of Belle Chasse LA (US) for zoom video communications, inc.

IPC Code(s): H04M3/436

CPC Code(s): H04M3/436

Abstract: a challenge is transmitted to a sender. an unsuccessful response to the challenge is received from the sender. responsive to determining that the unsuccessful response is received from the sender, routing of future communications from a telephone number associated with the sender is blocked for a duration of time. the duration of time can be based on a number of unsuccessful responses received from the telephone number.
