system and methods for validating and confirming the integrity of documents and for validating identity related to the documents based on artificial intelligence and/or blockchain systems. in embodiments, a system implements validation controls to validate and/or confirm the integrity of documents to safeguard against document tampering, ensuring the integrity of the document remains intact throughout the signing process and afterwards. in addition, in embodiments, a system with enhanced functionality implements advanced verification and/or validation mechanisms to ensure the identity of the signatory parties of a document accurately reflects the authorized individual(s). the advantageous result of a system implemented in accordance with the present disclosure is a system that is able to address the critical gaps of current existing digital signature systems and in doing so, the present disclosure enables a system to significantly bolster the security, reliability, and trustworthiness of digital document signing and management.
