a system for scheduling training in a graphically simulated virtual reality (vr) environment includes one or more processor and at least one of a memory device and a non-transitory storage device. the processor is configured to execute computer-readable instructions. a network connection operatively connects the computing system to at least one participant device. upon execution of the computer-readable instructions, the computing system causes a display, by at least one participant device to at least one real-time human participant, of a training session timetable in a three dimensional virtual reality environment, the training session timetable including an operable indicator associated at least with a particular training session. upon virtual actuation of the operable indicator, the computing system causes a display, by the at least one participant device to the real-time human participant, of the particular training session in the three dimensional virtual reality environment.
