CONNECTION STRUCTURE FOR CARTRIDGE AND GAS CONSUMPTION DEVICE - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 20240337353 titled 'CONNECTION STRUCTURE FOR CARTRIDGE AND GAS CONSUMPTION DEVICE

Simplified Explanation: The patent application describes a connector system between a cartridge and a gas consumption device, where one connector has positioning teeth and the other connector has corresponding positioning grooves and rotation grooves to allow for controlled rotation at a predetermined angle.

  • The connector system includes positioning teeth on one connector and corresponding positioning grooves on the other connector.
  • Rotation grooves are also present on the inner peripheral surface of the other connector to allow for controlled rotation.
  • A stopper is placed in the rotation groove to limit the rotation of the cartridge at a specific angle.

Key Features and Innovation:

  • Positioning teeth and grooves for precise alignment.
  • Rotation grooves for controlled rotation.
  • Stopper for limiting rotation angle.

Potential Applications: The technology can be used in various gas consumption devices where precise alignment and controlled rotation are required.

Problems Solved: The technology addresses the issue of misalignment and uncontrolled rotation in connector systems, ensuring accurate positioning and controlled movement.

Benefits:

  • Improved accuracy in alignment.
  • Controlled rotation for specific applications.
  • Enhanced safety and efficiency in gas consumption devices.

Commercial Applications: The technology can be applied in industries such as automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing where precise gas consumption is crucial for operations.

Prior Art: Readers can explore prior patents related to connector systems, positioning mechanisms, and rotation control in gas consumption devices.

Frequently Updated Research: Stay updated on advancements in connector technology, positioning systems, and rotation control mechanisms for gas consumption devices.

Questions about Connector Systems: 1. How does the technology improve the efficiency of gas consumption devices? 2. What industries can benefit the most from this connector system innovation?

Original Abstract Submitted

among the connectors between the cartridge and the gas consumption device, one of the connectors has a plurality of positioning teeth protruding from the outer circumferential surface formed at intervals in the circumferential direction around the axis. a plurality of positioning grooves having groove widths corresponding to circumferential tooth widths of the positioning teeth are formed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the inner peripheral surface of the other connector. the inner peripheral surface of the other connector is further formed with a rotation groove in which the positioning teeth that have passed through the positioning groove rotate around the axis. a stopper is formed in the rotation groove to which one positioning tooth comes into contact so as to limit rotation of the cartridge at a predetermined rotation angle.
