LIQUID EJECTING METHOD - A simplified explanation of the abstract
This abstract first appeared for US patent application 20240253353 titled 'LIQUID EJECTING METHOD
The liquid ejecting method described in the abstract involves ejecting different types of liquids from a liquid ejecting head with nozzle arrays.
- Eject a first-liquid from a first-nozzle-array of the liquid ejecting head.
- Eject a second-liquid, different from the first-liquid, from a second-nozzle-array of the liquid ejecting head.
- The liquid ejecting head can move relative to one or more media.
- When the relative movement is stopped, the liquid ejecting head forms distinct droplets of the first and second liquids on a medium without overlapping.
Potential Applications: - Printing industry for color printing with different types of inks. - Biomedical field for precise dispensing of various reagents. - Manufacturing sector for creating intricate patterns with different materials.
Problems Solved: - Enables the precise ejection of multiple liquids without mixing or overlapping. - Facilitates the creation of complex designs and patterns with different liquids.
Benefits: - Enhanced precision in liquid ejection for various applications. - Improved efficiency in printing and dispensing processes. - Enables the creation of unique and intricate designs.
Commercial Applications: Title: Advanced Liquid Ejecting Technology for Diverse Applications This technology can be utilized in industries such as printing, biomedicine, and manufacturing for precise liquid dispensing and printing needs. The market implications include improved product quality, increased efficiency, and expanded capabilities in creating complex designs.
Questions about Liquid Ejecting Method: 1. How does the liquid ejecting method prevent the overlapping of droplets?
- The liquid ejecting head forms distinct droplets of different liquids on the medium without allowing them to overlap.
2. What are the potential challenges in implementing this liquid ejecting method in industrial settings?
- Some challenges may include calibration of the liquid ejecting head, maintenance of multiple liquid reservoirs, and ensuring consistent droplet formation.
Original Abstract Submitted
a liquid ejecting method is a liquid ejecting method of ejecting a plurality of types of liquids from a liquid ejecting head including nozzle arrays, the liquid ejecting method including ejecting a first-liquid from a first-nozzle-array of the liquid ejecting head; and ejecting a second-liquid that is different in type from the first-liquid from a second-nozzle-array of the liquid ejecting head, in which the liquid ejecting head is configured to move relative to one or a plurality of media, and in a state in which the relative movement is stopped, the liquid ejecting head forms a first-liquid-droplet formed by the first-liquid ejected from the first-nozzle-array and a second-liquid-droplet formed by the second-liquid-ejected from the second-nozzle-array on one medium among the one or plurality of media in the same period such that the first-liquid-droplet and the second-liquid-droplet do not overlap each other.
