a transfer film stretching device includes: a transfer film support unit having a top surface configured to receive a transfer film, the transfer film having light emitting elements arranged at a first distance mounted thereon; a first stretching unit outside the transfer film support unit and configured to move in one direction or another direction of a third direction while fixing an outer edge of the transfer film to stretch a width of the transfer film in an outer circumferential direction; and a second stretching unit between the first stretching unit and the transfer film support unit and movable in the one direction or the other direction of the third direction independently of the first stretching unit.
