disclosed herein relates to a prismatic secondary battery, which in one example includes a case having an open surface formed on at least one surface thereof, an electrode assembly housed within the case, a cap plate sealing the open surface of the case, and having electrode terminals of a positive electrode and a negative electrode, and a concave first beading part formed on at least two sides opposite to each other along a front, rear, left and right perimeter of the case.
