CLEANER SYSTEM AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 20240285137 titled 'CLEANER SYSTEM AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR

The present disclosure pertains to a cleaner system and a method of controlling the same. The cleaner system comprises a cleaner with a dust bin for collecting dust, and a cleaner station to which the cleaner is attached. The cleaner includes a suction motor that generates suction force to the dust bin. The suction force of the motor can be altered multiple times, and the flow direction of the dust in a connected flow path part can be reversed multiple times. This allows for effective removal of debris that is firmly caught by the dust bin and has strong resistance against airflow in one direction.

  • Suction motor generates suction force to the dust bin
  • Suction force of the motor can be changed multiple times
  • Flow direction of the dust in the flow path part can be reversed multiple times
  • Enables effective removal of debris with strong resistance against airflow
  • Cleaner system includes a cleaner with a dust bin and a cleaner station

Potential Applications: - Household cleaning devices - Industrial cleaning equipment - Robotics and automation systems

Problems Solved: - Efficient removal of debris with strong resistance to airflow - Enhanced cleaning performance in various environments

Benefits: - Improved cleaning efficiency - Versatile application in different settings - Reduced maintenance and manual intervention

Commercial Applications: Title: Advanced Cleaner System for Enhanced Debris Removal This technology can be utilized in commercial cleaning services, manufacturing facilities, and smart home devices. The market implications include increased demand for automated cleaning solutions and improved cleanliness standards in various industries.

Questions about the technology: 1. How does the suction motor in the cleaner system work to remove debris effectively? 2. What are the potential cost savings associated with using this innovative cleaner system?

Frequently Updated Research: Stay updated on advancements in suction motor technology, airflow control systems, and smart cleaning devices to enhance the performance of the cleaner system.

Original Abstract Submitted

the present disclosure relates to a cleaner system and a method of controlling the same, the cleaner system including a cleaner including a dust bin configured to collect dust, and a cleaner station to which the cleaner is coupled, in which the cleaner includes a suction motor configured to generate a suction force to the dust bin, a suction force of the suction motor is changed at least one or more times, and a flow direction of the dust in a flow path part connected to the dust bin is changed reversely at least one or more times, such that when debris firmly caught by the dust bin has strong resistance against an airflow in one direction, an airflow may be applied in the opposite direction to effectively remove the debris.
