provided are a method by which a first device performs wireless communication, and an apparatus supporting same. the method may comprise the steps of: acquiring a plurality of resource reservation periods set in a resource pool; determining at least one first candidate slot for selecting a first sidelink (sl) resource; performing first sensing on at least one first slot related to the at least one first candidate slot on the basis of at least one first resource reservation period from among the plurality of resource reservation periods; selecting the first sl resource on the basis of the first sensing; transmitting first sidelink control information (sci) including information for scheduling a physical sidelink shared channel (pssch) through a physical sidelink control channel (pscch) on the basis of the first sl resource; transmitting second sci and a media access control (mac) protocol data unit (pdu) through the pssch on the basis of the first sl resource; and determining at least one second resource reservation period for selecting a second sl resource from among the plurality of resource reservation periods, on the basis of hybrid automatic repeat request (harq) feedback for the mac pdu and the at least one first resource reservation period.
