a method of transmitting and receiving a physical downlink control channel (pdcch) in a wireless communication system and a device therefor are disclosed. the method performed by a user equipment (ue) comprises receiving, from a base station (bs), configuration information for a control resource set (coreset), the configuration information including information related to a transmission configuration indication (tci) state for the coreset, receiving one or more reference signals (rss) from the bs, measuring the one or more rss, transmitting, to the bs, beam information including information for an rs related to a best beam among the one or more rss, changing a reference rs of the tci state to the rs related to the best beam, and receiving, from the bs, the pdcch based on the best beam in the coreset.
