a display device includes a substrate including an active area in which the plurality of sub pixels is disposed and a non-active area which encloses the active area; a plurality of pad electrodes disposed on the substrate in the non-active area to transmit a signal to the plurality of sub pixels and each including a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer on the first conductive layer, and a third conductive layer on the second conductive layer; a first passivation layer extending from the active area to cover an end of the first conductive layer; and a second passivation layer extending from the active area to cover an end of the second conductive layer.
