disclosed are an optical film and a display device including the same. the optical film includes a film layer made of a transmissive material capable of transmitting light, an adhesive layer located in an adhesion area defined in an edge region of an upper surface of the film layer, a structure layer located in a receiving area defined on the upper surface of the film layer so as to be separate from the adhesion area and having optical properties, and a protective layer made of a transmissive material capable of transmitting light, located on the structure layer and the adhesive layer and attached to the film layer via the adhesive layer.
