MOBILE ENERGY SUPPLY UNIT - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 20240243609 titled 'MOBILE ENERGY SUPPLY UNIT

The abstract describes a mobile energy supply unit that includes a transport container with an exterior container wall, an energy supply arrangement, and a data storage and/or data interface for receiving data from a remote source.

  • The mobile energy supply unit is transportable and mobile, with a display on the exterior container wall for displaying information.
  • The energy supply arrangement includes components such as an energy source, converter, and storage, along with an access device for accessing energy from outside the container.
  • The unit can obtain data from the data storage or remote source via the data interface, and display information on the display based on the obtained data.

Potential Applications: - Emergency power supply in disaster areas - Mobile charging stations for electric vehicles - Temporary power supply for outdoor events

Problems Solved: - Providing energy in remote locations - Ensuring access to power in emergency situations - Offering flexibility in energy supply solutions

Benefits: - Portability and mobility - Customizable energy solutions - Remote monitoring and control capabilities

Commercial Applications: Title: Mobile Energy Supply Unit for Versatile Power Solutions This technology could be used in industries such as construction, events management, and emergency response for temporary or remote power needs.

Questions about the technology: 1. How does the data interface enhance the functionality of the mobile energy supply unit? 2. What are the key advantages of using a transport container for housing the energy supply arrangement?

Original Abstract Submitted

a mobile energy supply unit, comprises: a transport container, i.e. a transportable and thus mobile container, with an exterior container wall. e.g. side wall, comprising a display for displaying information; an energy supply arrangement provided at least in parts within the container and comprising: one or more of an energy source, an energy converter, and an energy storage, and an access device for providing accessibility from the exterior of the container to energy provided by the energy supply arrangement; and a data storage and/or at least one data interface for receiving data from a remote data source. the energy supply unit is configured to obtain data from the data storage or via the at least one data interface from the remote data source and to display information on the display as a function of the obtained data.
