Abstract: the present disclosure relates to a cell reselection in wireless communications. according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a user equipment (ue) in a wireless communication system comprises: receiving, from a network, location information comprising a location point for each time point related to each of neighbor cells and a reference distance related to each of the neighbor cells; determining a distance to each of the neighbor cells from the ue as a distance between the location point and the ue; determining a ratio of the distance to the reference distance for each of the neighbor cells; selecting a cell based on the determined ratio among at least one of the neighbor cells; and performing a cell reselection to the selected cell.
