a system and method for providing enriched connected vehicle mobility communication that include receiving data associated with an operation of at least one of: a vehicle and an internet of things (iot) device. the system and method also include publishing a publish/subscribe (pub/sub) message that pertains to the data associated with the operation of at least one of: the vehicle and the iot device to an iot broker that is configured to manage the pub/sub message and communicating the pub/sub message that pertains to the data associated with the operation of at least one of: the vehicle and the iot device from the iot broker to at least one subscriber through a message queuing telemetry transport (mqtt) protocol. the system and method further include electronically controlling the at least one subscriber to present a graphical user interface to present information associated with the pub/sub message communicated through the mqtt protocol.
