an electronic instrument includes a casing, a controller aligned in a left-right direction and extending in a front-back direction of the casing, a sound emitting unit within the casing, and a perforated unit having a wall along the left-right direction, a first sloping hole sloping from an inside towards an outside of the casing at an acute angle to the front-back direction in the wall, and a second sloping hole sloping from the inside towards the outside of the casing at a larger acute angle with respect to the front-back direction than the acute angle at which the first sloping hole slopes, and the perforated unit includes multiple first sloping regions having the first sloping hole and multiple second sloping regions having the second sloping hole, and the first and second sloping regions are disposed adjacent to each other, and provided along the left-right direction.
