BOTTLE - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 20240336067 titled 'BOTTLE

Simplified Explanation: The patent application describes a bottle for a recording apparatus that includes a recording head for discharging liquid and a liquid tank for containing the liquid supplied to the recording head. The bottle has a liquid supply portion that connects to the liquid tank and includes a flow path for passing the liquid from the bottle body to the tank.

  • The bottle is designed to supply liquid to a recording apparatus.
  • It includes a recording head for discharging the liquid.
  • The liquid tank stores the liquid supplied to the recording head.
  • The bottle body contains the liquid, while the liquid supply portion connects to the tank.
  • A flow path allows the liquid to pass from the bottle body to the tank.

Potential Applications: This technology can be used in various recording devices that require a continuous supply of liquid, such as inkjet printers, 3D printers, and medical devices that use liquid for recording or printing purposes.

Problems Solved: This technology addresses the need for a reliable and efficient way to supply liquid to recording heads in devices that require a continuous flow of liquid for operation.

Benefits: The benefits of this technology include improved performance and reliability of recording devices, reduced downtime due to liquid supply issues, and enhanced overall efficiency in liquid-based recording processes.

Commercial Applications: Potential commercial applications of this technology include inkjet printers, 3D printers, medical devices, and other recording apparatus that rely on a continuous supply of liquid for operation. This innovation can improve the performance and reliability of such devices, leading to increased customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.

Prior Art: Prior art related to this technology may include patents or research papers on liquid supply systems for recording devices, bottle designs for liquid storage and dispensing, and innovations in liquid flow control mechanisms.

Frequently Updated Research: Researchers may be conducting studies on optimizing the design of liquid supply systems for recording devices, improving the efficiency of liquid flow paths, and enhancing the reliability of liquid storage and dispensing mechanisms in various applications.

Questions about Liquid Supply Systems: 1. How does the design of the liquid supply portion in this bottle improve the efficiency of supplying liquid to the recording head? 2. What are some potential challenges in implementing this technology in different types of recording devices?

Original Abstract Submitted

a bottle for a recording apparatus is used that includes a recording head for discharging liquid and a liquid tank for containing liquid supplied to the recording head. the bottle includes a bottle body for containing the liquid, and a liquid supply portion for connection to a supplied portion included in the liquid tank. the liquid supply portion includes a flow path for passing the liquid from the bottle body to the liquid tank. the liquid supply portion includes, at a distal end thereof away from the bottle body, an outer peripheral surface for connection to an inner peripheral surface of the supplied portion and a port including an opening surrounded by the outer peripheral surface for supplying the liquid to the liquid tank from the flow path. the port has a groove provided therein.
