provided are a display panel and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. the display panel includes: a base substrate; a pixel defining layer on one side of the base substrate and having a plurality of first openings for defining a plurality of sub-pixels, the plurality of first openings being in one-to-one correspondence to the plurality of sub-pixels; and an encapsulation layer on one side of the pixel defining layer away from the base substrate. the encapsulation layer includes: a first inorganic layer; a second inorganic layer on one side of the first inorganic layer away from the base substrate; an organic layer between the first inorganic layer and the second inorganic layer; and at least one first optical structure between the first inorganic layer and the organic layer. a refractive index of each first optical structure is greater than that of the organic layer.
