provided are a display method and a display device, the display method includes: acquiring a viewing position of a user; determining a viewpoint image matched with the viewing position from an image source library to obtain a first viewpoint image; determining a plurality of viewpoint images having parallax with the first viewpoint image from the image source library to obtain a parallax image set; determining, for at least one pixel island, a center sub-pixel from a plurality of sub-pixels in the pixel island according to a positional relationship between the viewing position and at least one sub-pixel in the pixel island; and driving the center sub-pixel in at least one pixel island to display according to the first viewpoint image, and driving other sub-pixels in at least one pixel island to display according to the parallax image set, so as to form a target display picture.
